My beko wma510w washing machine is currently full of water and will not drain, I have work clothes in there so this is a real problem. I have tried turing on and off and holding the start/cancel button for 3 seconds, which makes all the lights flash but nothing happens, please help.

Remove the cold water inlet from the bac off the washing machie (turn water off and washing machine off) and take off the filter with some pliers and clean it under a tap :)

sounds like the pump is blocked or dammaged try removing waste pipe from rear of machine and drianing into a bucket
