always change both discs.ideally a socket set, philips and flat srewdriver, torque wrench.apply hand brake, loosen wheel nuts, jack up car and put on axle stands.remove wheel.remove the two bolts holding the caliper on ( very tight ). dont strain the brake hose. there is usually a fixing screw on face of the disc (may need an impact driver)remove disc.if the disc is tight tap it lightly from behind.clean surfaces and fit new disc and screw.caliper may not now fit straight back on.brake pads need to be levered open using a blunt instrument (wood). fit caliper and torque its fixing bolts up.clean disc and fit wheel, remove stand drop car and tighten wheel nuts. pump brakes until they feel correct.check brake fluid level.
