My Sanyo tv has zoomed in on my hd tv channels and went 4:3 on my hdmi channel. Someone stole my remote and I can't adjust my video settings because it won't let me navigate the menus without a remote with arrow keys. I have an old sanyo remote that works but it doesn't have the arrow keys. Is there anyway to change my pix shape without my original remote?

I need help!!!
