How do I make my AIWA PX-E855 turntable turn?

I have an AIWA PX-E855 turntable, but when I plug it in, it doesn't turn. I've tried pushing all of the buttons, moving the stylus arm, but nothing works.

The drive belt may be broken. You'll need to lift off the table and check. Ensure it is unplugged.
