my Grohe cistern (called Grohedal) does not completely flush?

hi all, amazed to find this great site ,that works!!
need some help please,
i have a consealed Grohe cistern that is about 5-7 years old, as we moved into the house about 2 years ago.
when the external push buttons are pressed, the water never flushes, it comes out in only in very small amount, and never comes close to emptying the tank. there are no air leaks (as i can tell) .
any advice please...

, I have the same problem , it can be either a leakage in the bellows that activate the valve or the valve itself. If you can get to the bellows try pushing down on the top of the valve. If it flushes you have found the problem . In my case I think it is the valve although I cant work out how it works so i will just buy a new one and hope they are about £20
