I apologise as it is about 445 in the morning whilst typing this, but you stated that there was no picture, just the blue dots etc, thenyou will have to replace the ysus board as well as fix the black lines on the surface mounted resistors, but certain people would just say your screen is had it, but in fact it hasnt, its just the ysus and bad joints, easily repaired, if you had a picture, and wasalll blurry etc, then it would be the zsus that wanted replacing not the ysus, getting to be quite an expert on these sets now, as i have had that many, but when you replace the ysus board, and turn it on, you may still see speckles ffor a short while as stated before, but this is common, but as the set warms up, in a short while you have a decent set, and also i must point out, that when i say you may still get the speckles, but they are just to say noticeable in most cases, not overunning the full picture whereas you cannot see the picture, just the occasional flicker, so you notice the odd one here and there and it usally cleared in no time

your problem lies with the y sus board in the main screen, replacement boards can be bought of ebay, but be careful where you buy from, also the black bars are caused by dry joints onthe surface mounted resistors which are located on the brown ribbon connectors located at the base of where black lines are, which connect the screen to the driver boards, you will see a plate screwed on, remove screws, carefully disconnect the ribbon connector and then resolder the surfacemounted resistors, reconnect the ribbon connector, screw back in place, and as long as resistors are ok, you should have no more black bars, common fault on these sets, also to point out, thedots you see, blue and green, are also common problem, but usally these go after a short warm up time, could be anything up to about 20mins, sometimes they are gone within about 10mins, if so, fix your black lines, and it is up to you if you decide to replace the ysus board, but this is a common fault on these sets, so you may just be replacing with another board that is the same, as most twp4210 have this spekilly effect when you power them but often soon goes to a perfect picture, if i left it half an hour, or a couple of hours, and it was the same, then i would change the board, but sort out black bars first, try running it, and then decide, i have had loads of these sets, i would of probably bought it of you, as these are easy to sort out, but i am in the north east, so out of my reach, but i would sort it and keep myself, as when they do run ok, they are brilliant sets
