hi have a eurovox max, channels were breaking up so cleared data did factory reset and now have lost all channels and have 0000 on box and cannot enter pin , plz help

hi sharon , you need to go into the menu , then go to (INSTALLATOIN) then (user installation) it will ask for pin number , enter 0000 , next press the blue button , for a powerscan , a new box opens , with 100mzh flashing look down the that list , see (symbol rate) if it reads 6952, change it to 6887, press ok , what has happned is you have changed the symbol rate, to the wrong one , when you did the factory , reset, so you must change it back to the right one , so try enter the one thats not showing in the box, you change it with your remote ,
