These models had two common problems.
No.1 .... The top door drops - this prevents the light switch being made & hence the fan doesn't run to circulate cooling air from the freezer to the fridge. This can usually be rectified by packing the upper door upwards with washers on the centre hinge or by adjusting the feet (as the cabinet has twisted slightly due to an uneven floor surface)
No.2 .... The air duct from the freezer to the fridge compartment is blocked with ice. Later models were fitted with a duct defrost heater to reduce the complaint. If frost / ice build up is common in the evaporator area, ensure that both doors are sealing adequately. Also ensure that the water drain drains water!
