hi, to anwser your question i need to know more about the problem,ie does the boiler start up, have you got 1.5 bar pressure on the gauge,is the pump running,to check the pump hold a screw driver against the pump body and put your ear to the end of the driver switch the boiler on and of you should hear the pump start and stop, also check that the flue fan is running this you can hear as soon as you switch on the boiler, email me and we will get you going i hope.do not play with the gas ok [bang]!. i know this boiler inside out.bobby rob.
