with a key applied in the keyholes ,a clock with 2 keyholes therefore must have a time function and a strike function. for the clock to WORK and STRIKE both will need to be wound up
most clocks will windup in a clockwise direction, listen for the click click of the ratchet as you turn the key, this indicates the right direction
