the washing machine continues at the wash cycle and it does not empty to rinse... nor move on to the spin cycle. is there any tips or tricks or any alternate solutions? kind regards

check your outlet pipe, the pipe coming from your washer might be pushed too far down ur outlet pipe, try pulling it out slightly n try putting it on a drain cycle, make sure u turn washer off so it resets itself b4 trying a cycle, if that no better try pulling pipe out further, or check your filter is not blocked, hope i was of help ;-)

check the carbon brushes as if they low will stop the machine moving on to spin etc
