Chuck it in the bin and buy a new one or change the brushes which is simple to do or it could be the switch contacts that need cleaning.

I have a drumel 300 too but myne is running but its a burning smell coming from it? and i can see sparks in it, how do i fix it?

sounds like brushes need replacing, call dremel , they'll sell you some.
