Zanussi-Electrolux ZWD 1471s washing machine starts ok but when it gets round to spin the water won't drain and an error message e20 is displayed.

take the filter out (bottom right).shine a torch inside the filter housing and check there is nothing jammed in the drain pump impeller.water will pour out.If the waste hose connects under a sink remove it from stub and hold in to a bucket whilst shaking it.Could be a faulty pump or even a pcb board fault
