It would help a lot if you told us what media player you are talking about and exactly what the problem is.

You don't even say whether it's a media player programme like, say, Windows Media Player, of a piece of hardware - an iPlayer, say.

Based on what you have actually bothered to tell us, all I can say is "You mend it".
