Check you haven't pressed the rinse hold button, my other half is always doing it.
Otherwise you may have a blocked sensor pipe, look on side of pump for skinny pipe ;disconnect ;trace pipe to sensor at top of washer ;disconnect ; clean ;make sure you can blow down pipe
