How do I transfer an incoming call from one handset to another.
I have a BT Synergy 4500 triple cordless phone. I have tried pressing all the buttons but I cannot pick up the call.

It's usually just the same as making an internal call from one handset to another - you take the incoming call - go through the internal call process - talk to the other internal user and hang up - the other user is then connected to the external party.

Pressing all the buttons as you mention will probably not work - they have to be pressed in a certain order.
