do you burn candles,the heater concentrates the soot given off as the heat rises from the heater up the wall

The heaters do not need to be serviced. The deposits on the wall are most probably dust that settles on the heater and inside the vents on top. I vacuum the dust from the top of my heaters weekly and don't have this problem.
