Ho to fix indesit W103 washing machine?

My indesit washing machine atarts the programme and atrats to fill upwith water, but then the red light flashes and the programme dial ticks round? Can you please tell me how to solve this? thanks

fill manually with water then start programe again.it worked for me for about 6 weeks then did it again will check it out this weekend.i let you know what i find.
