dishwasher will not pump water in?

hi'
hope someone can help on this one. i have a neff dishwasher that worked fine up until a week ago.
all works fine ' just one problem the water used to pump in' but now the pump starts when you select a program but no water enters the dishwasher.

it's worked fine for the last 2 yrs without moving it so
i dont think the pipe will be twisted.

possibley a kink in inlet hose make sure it is not jamed behind machine
