Dont think there's anything you can do with the player in situ' I once had the same problem with a Sony unit.... I had to remove it from the car...take the top cover off and phisically pull the cd out. The problem with it was..... the guide bar that the cd loads/feeds in from had come off its track, and the cd could not be guided out again, just jammed up. I managed to put the guide bar back in its correct place and no more probs'
..... maybe worth a go?
