The handle on my BOSCH 8512 (serial n/o) washer, has come un hooked off the lever which springs in and out in order to shut, open and lock the door?

the door porthole part will need to be separated to see if spring is detached or more likely broken, replacement door catches are available.

remove the 2 door screws remove all the surround screws gently lever a part over the internal lip and you will see the problem.
