the charger has output, (measured/verified with a meter of course)
not the fact the led is on
open sat nav
connect the charger to sat nav input now connect a DC multimeter to the 2 charging connections , no reading on meter solder joint track is cracked, or possible what they call a dry joint, re solder the connections
