Error code on Hoover Vision HD?

Does anyone know what the code E09 means and what the fix is? The fills up, but machine doesn't turn. Try to spin clothes dry but it doesn't move.

Its actually a brush-less motor. So the problem is the motor itself! And they are about £100 to buy.
