Washing machine will not fill?

My Maytag PAV920AWW machine which is only a few months old will not fill. The water instantly drains out. The machine has just been moved to a new location in the house and was working fine prior to the move.

Your drain hose is probably too low. It should be about 3 feet from the floor.
