my nav gear n910 used to work ok i have not used it for a while and when i try to use it now it comes up with storage card locked when i go on it tells me i need to register at www.smart2go.com/register but when i go into into this its a nokia phone site can you help me please

Mine has just done the same thing. System reset does not achieve anything.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
