How can I fix myson Apollo?

Re previous question have changed room thermostat and opened all rad valves checked and reset timer program but radaare still cold any other sugestions

check the 3 way valve it should have a littel lever on one side if you move it all the way and the pipe to the rads gets hot ,that is you problem
