heating?

i am haveing problems with my central heating th radiators in the upstairs of my property dont seem to be getting hot the just stay luke warm i ghave bleed the radiators and this seems to work for a day or to but then they go cold again i have had 2 different plumbers in who both say that the boiler i have which is an ideal mini is insufficient to heat the 8 radiators that i have and therefore this is what is causeing the problem can you give me any advice or suggest if this is correct or not

try shutting downstair rads and see if it can heat them up? i would think that upstairs rads would be the easier to heat allowing for heat rising even allowing for having eight rads, you can then adjust flow rates to individual rads (shut down on opposite side of thermostatic valve) remove small cover and turn down takes a while to get this right slow flow to rads that are hotter than others and go from there, best of luck
