My SD memory card says 'card locked'. I put my memory card into my laptop so transfer my pictures and ever since then when i put my memory card back into my camera it says 'card locked', what has happened and how do i unlock it.

Your card probably has a small plastic tag on one of the longer sides. If you are lucky, it will even have a little label on it saying "lock" accompanied by an arrow. Slide the tag to the other end of the slot.

It is just possible that the tag has come out and been lost. In that case, I think the card has had it.
