I need to repair the foot release lever on my chair. Any phone number I find for People Lounger has been disconnected. Nothing seems to match my search on Google. I see many people with similar concerns, are we all out of luck? Is there anyone who does these kind of repairs or know where to obtain parts? Any suggestion on how to MacGyver it? HELP! Spending an hour at the end of my exhausting day in my chair is what I look forward to most of all.

Try 800.458.7212. It is the # for United Furniture Industries who use some of the same manufactured parts on their furniture as People Lounger did (they are defunct). I was able to get rocker springs for my people lounger recliner through this company so maybe they can help you out.
