how do i reset my immobaliser?

i have a renault kangoo 2000 model.
i have reset the key and it now opens my doors, but i cant get it to turn off the immobaliser.
i also have a second key i got of someone else scrapping there van how do i code that to my van so i have a spare key if this one packs up again
