the machine was working fine, it now wont spin at all, on the display it goes straight from 1 to 11, I have removed the top and checked the belt which seems fine, I have now turned the machine upside down and removed the rear panel but i am unable to get the motor out, i have taken out the two big screws but it wont budge. help
