Trying to replace old shower hose but all the ones in shops are 'standard sized' which have connectors which are too small to screw onto my existing tap set. Why is mine 2.5cm in diameter instead of 2.3cm? (it is quite old!) How can I resolve this? Thanks

try going to salvage yards/ junk shops that sell old bath tubs, sinks ect" and you should be able to pick one up there. they get them in all the time , 3/4 ins . or 1, and a half inch, you can get them in from the usa on line . but i would look nearer to home , in the junk yards , ect , and just bring the old one with you. to get the size right....
