Add a drive to Send to menue?

I have indows XPsp2 o/s and I want to add my "D" hard drive to the "send to" menu. All of my other drives are on the menu. I have tried to follow the instrucions from the help file, no good. I even borrowed a "Windows XP Hacks" book from the library but this doesn't help. It says "go to c\:documents and settings|user name\sendTo, but when I do that, there isn't a send to context in the menu.

Send To folder is a system folder.
And its hidden.
On any open window press
Tools
Folder Options
View tab
(dot) Show hidden files and folders
Then create your SHORTCUT in the send to folder

Remember to reset the hide option when completed
