Very load noise?

My Dyson DC07 has started making a very loud noise when in the Vacuum position which appears to come from the brushbar area. At first it was intermittent but now it is all the time. I have checked for "stuck" items or blockages and it is clear, the belt is also still intact and tight. I wondered if there are any bearings that may have worn

yes there r 2 bearings in the brush bar take it out and pull the ends off and clean put back if the noise is still there then you need a new brush bar

Hi Mine just did the same, it was the bearings in the brushbar if you pull the black ends off the brushbar a squirt a dose of WD40 over the bearings that should hopefully fix it . Worked great for mine
