When I opened the box which my treadmill (a Reebok i-run 20091012) was delivered and unpacked, I found that the machine had been damaged. The part which needs to be replaced - Part No503 right hand side. The box was not damaged just the corner part No 503.
I have tried ringing without success and I have asked a friend to contact you on my behalf via e.mail.

What do expect us to do? It's Argos you need to contact, not this site, it's not a returns centre is it.
