channels lost?

for some reason my starview box has got rid of all bbc channels and channel 5..has anybody got any idea why please,and how to sort it.

does anybody know if they are planning on making new chipped boxes for virgin media?

best thing to do is to delete all channels and do a rescan - i had this and rescanned it 2 or 3 times, should work fine after that.
