There are 2 possible solutions pls read all before you begin.
Do you see the error when the pc starts up?
You didn't say which operating system but...
1. I would go to start - run
then type "msconfig" without the quotes.
a new window should open
choose the "start up" tab
look for "sgtray.exe" in the list and de-select it
this just prevents the program from trying to start
you will get a message on next restart that you have prevented a program from starting (not in these words) just acknowledge it and tick "don't show this message again"
2. It would be better to uninstall the program though - I found this
http://www.file.net/process/sgtray.exe.html
apparently you can uninstall via add/remove programs.
