tap keeps randomly disharging water?

After using the kitchen tap, which is brand new, for an hour afterwards water discharges intermittently. How can i fix this please?

Sounds like it's siphoning the water. if the tap is a mixer with a long spout it may be sucking the water from it, try shaking the tap to force the remaining water out after use.
