Why am I getting water under my fridges crisper?

I have a 15 year frost free fisher&paykel fridge .I am getting water on the bottom under the crisper and the sides of the fridge seem to feel awful hot. Any ideas as what the problem could be.

Some where on the back wall of the fridge compartment you should find a drain hole. It will be blocked. Push a long soft flexible wire down it to unblock it. The warm sides is normal.

Check in the back of the fridge there should be a small channel with a drain hole. This drain hole leads to a pipe which you will find at the back (outside) the fridge. The pipe lets out and moisture onto the top of the motor plate where it then evaporates. If the drain hole or pipe is blocked the you will get water inside the fridge. Use a thin piece of electrical cable (telephone wire works) and push it down the hole in the fridge, when it comes out of the bottom tie a tiny piece of cloth or make a knot in the cable and pull it all the way through to remove the blockage. Alternatively, suck the blockage out with a vacuum cleaner
