We had this same problem this morning. Hold the start and cancel problem in and check for error code. Our code was E68, which was a blown fuse for us or it could have been a possible bad heater element/ Luckily after testing the heater element and tracing wires back we found the connector desconnnected. THe heater control housing mounts had broken. Tie wrapped up and connected, everything is now A. OK!
