How do I fix the leak on my Maytag A412 top loading washer?

The washer only leaks when the tub if filling. How do I stop this? I also need to know how to remove the panels.

If it leaking from the center post seal you will need a service technician to replace it because their is a lot of parts needed and special tools required. This is a 2 to 3 hour job for an experienced technician.
