washing machine hotpoint ultima wf860?
after i've set the programme button and press start, a symbol like tESt is displayed. then, the whole cycle is displayed from prewash to spin instead of the usual step by step display. then, the machine just spins the clothes instead of the whole wash cycle! no matter how many times i cancel, switch off the socket and start again, trying different programmes, the same problem remains.
