Unlock and password Samsung A 300?

I have Samsung SGH-A300 Got free Simcard from T-Mobile Inserted in the phone Display shows Simlock and Enter password.Tried 0000 and 00000000 and *2767*637# But will not work. Appears phone is locked . Any help from Mobile experts .www.mobilecodez.com gives free codes but still will not work
