beko dishwasher does not drain. de 3430f?

to begin with it made some sort of grinding sound. i tried to open dishwasher door and floor got flooded. no water drained from dishwasher. what could it be ?
it definetely isn't the house plumbing or drain hose please help.

no power at all - checked fuse its ok - some water remains inside dishwasher - checked fliters everything ok - still not working

this beko dwd43105 wont drain on its own. i have to manually take it out of drainage area and move up and down and this seems to work....any ideas

thanks alot for your help, so ive just got to take the pump apart to see if it is jammed, if not i suppose a new pump is in order then dont you think ?
could you buy seperate parts of the pump if need be ? thanks again

sounds like something is jammed it the drain pump impeller.you need to remove the metal base.take 2 screw out at the bottom back.tip appliance on its back.remove 2 screws underneath holding base on.release float switch from base and then you can remove whole base panel.drain pump is straight in front of you.quarter twist to remove
