how can i stop condensation on my cold water feed?

How can i stop condensation forming on my cold water pipe when it enters our kitchen from outside. This is our main cold water feed into the property?

I do apologise, i didn't give enough info. The cold feed enters from the mains at the front of the house, runs under the passage and as far as i can tell the condensation only occurs when the cold pipe is exposed to the warmth of the kitchen! Thanks for your help, Tom.
