I had my catridges refilled ,they will not click back into place. What am I doing wrong?

No one can know what you are doing wrong because: a) they can't see what you are doing and: b) you have not said what the printer is.

If I was you, I'd try a new question with the make and model of the printer and what goes wrong when you try to plug the cartridges in.
