It takes an hour for the cold water to fill up before agitating and then again on the rinse cycle. Please let me know how I should fix this problem. The serial #ce3363788. It is at least 11-12 years old. We have checked the water pressure and cannot turn it on any farther. There is another number next to the model - 91512210.

Hello,

This sounds like a simple repair. It sounds like the screen filter on the cold water fill valve is clogged with sediment. Shut off the cold water supply and then remove the hose that goes to the fill valve. There should be a screen that filters the water going
to the washer. Clean it out or replace it and your problem should be solved. Hope this helps.
