my laptop was wiped and i lost my wire less the lights on but carnt find the program on the laptop to use it

Try Settings - Network Connections - look for the Wireless icon - if not there install the driver - if there right click on it and select View Available Wireless Networks (I see six) - connect to your own - usually the strongest signal.
