The buttons on my LG washer have stopped working?

The on/off, start/pause and programme change buttons on my LG 1253FBH washing machine front control panel needed pressing harder then stopped working yesterday. It's as though the connections are worn? Can it be fixed as otherwise, the washer is fine!
