My PC has the dropper.bridge.a trojan. How can I remove this?

My anti virus program has found a trojan called dropper.bridge.a. How can I remove this. I have searched for "dropper.bridge.a" and not found any proper information. Does this trojan go by another name?

if you have avg software it should tell you that it resides in sysvol info/restore within the registry.
file eb1a1c4c-b780-4168 etc etc.
run regedit and in find type above when you search in regedit it will find the correct file.
delete this file when found then delete all temp internet files and your pc should be clear as mine is
